Prices are calculated per vehicle, per way. Night-time surcharges may apply to selected transfers.

For transfers to Muscat International Airport, your pickup time will be arranged according to your flight departure time and selected destination.

The confirmed pickup time will be provided with your transfer confirmation.

Yes. Our transfers are arranged as private services for your booking. You will travel in the vehicle selected for your group and route.

Transfer prices are calculated per vehicle based on the selected route, vehicle type and transfer direction. The stated passenger capacity shows the maximum number of travellers the selected vehicle can accommodate.

Yes. The stated vehicle capacities are calculated with standard travel luggage in mind. If you are travelling with oversized luggage, sports equipment, wheelchairs or an unusually large amount of baggage, please contact us before booking so we can recommend the most suitable vehicle.

For airport arrivals, your representative or driver will meet you at the designated meeting point in the arrivals area. Detailed meeting instructions will be provided with your transfer confirmation.

Please provide your correct flight number when booking so your arrival details can be coordinated accordingly. If your flight schedule changes significantly, we recommend informing our team as soon as possible.

For airport departure transfers, the appropriate pickup time is arranged according to your scheduled flight departure time and pickup location. This allows sufficient travel time to the airport as well as the recommended time before departure. Your confirmed pickup details will be communicated to you before your transfer.

Yes. Depending on the route, you can book either a one-way transfer or a return transfer. For return bookings, arrival and departure flight details are required so both transfers can be arranged correctly.

If your hotel, destination or required route is not listed, please use our Individual Transfer Enquiry. We can also arrange customized transport for special itineraries, multiple stops or destinations outside our standard transfer zones.

Yes. We offer different vehicle types for individuals, families and groups. If your group size exceeds the capacity available for online booking, or if you require several vehicles, please send us an individual transfer enquiry.

You can select from the vehicle categories available for your chosen route. Availability depends on the destination, group size and transport requirements. For special vehicle requests, please contact our team before booking.

Transfers may also be available during night-time hours. Depending on the destination, route or operating time, an additional night-time surcharge may apply. Any applicable surcharge will either be calculated during booking or communicated before confirmation.

Yes, flight details are required for airport transfers. For arrival transfers, please provide your scheduled arrival information and flight number. For departure transfers, please provide your scheduled flight departure information so the appropriate pickup time can be arranged.

If your flight schedule, accommodation or pickup location changes after booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes are subject to the selected route, vehicle availability and the updated transfer requirements.

If you require a child seat, mobility assistance or another specific arrangement, please inform us before booking or contact our team. We will confirm what can be arranged for your selected transfer.
